My aim is to provide you with a safe, secure and collaborative environment to discuss your difficulties. We will start by spending time getting a shared understanding of your situation. On this basis we can agree about the goals and tasks of therapy.
Feedback is essential for therapy to work well and we will regularly check in on how the process aligns with your expectations as it evolves.
