Michelle is a compassionate and empathetic counsellor dedicated to understanding and addressing the underlying challenges her clients face. With a strong commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s complexities, Michelle specializes in relationship counselling, focusing on multicultural couples and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Michelle holds a Master of Counselling degree from Swinburne University and has completed training in Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) and the private clinic Integrative Psychology. She is also a certified Yoga Alliance (YYT) yoga teacher, trained in sound therapy, and incorporates these holistic approaches into her therapeutic practice. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Michelle is uniquely equipped to support clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, adeptly addressing the nuanced challenges of cultural differences and life transitions.

For individual clients, she offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore personal challenges, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Drawing on over a decade of study and practice in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and meditation, Michelle integrates mindfulness, compassion, and holistic techniques into her counselling. She believes the approach empowers clients to achieve meaningful and lasting change, strengthen emotional well-being, and cultivate greater peace and balance.
