Trained to Masters degree level, I am an experienced emotion focused therapist, working with couples, as well as individuals. I’ve worked extensively with a range of client presentations, including those resulting from complex trauma and suicidal ideation. My approach is to work with you to facilitate the emotional processing of significant events and to help make meaning in order to find healthy ways to move forwards.
My passion is to help you positively change your life. For change to be long-lasting, I strongly believe you need to feel in control as it evolves. My role is also to help you build the confidence to sustain that change.
